AI for Cooking
AI won't cook dinner for you, but it can take a lot of the planning off your plate. Use it to figure out what to make, write the shopping list, and make your recipes look good when you share them.
Ways AI can help
• Meal planning: ask for a week of dinners that fit your budget, schedule or how picky your family is.
• Recipes from what you have: list the ingredients in your fridge and get ideas that use them up.
• Grocery lists: turn a meal plan into a shopping list grouped by store aisle.
• Scaling and swaps: double a recipe, cut it in half, or find a substitute when you're out of something.
• Rough nutrition estimates: get a ballpark calorie or protein count for a meal. Check anything medical with a professional.
• Recipe photos and cards: create images and simple recipe cards for your blog or socials.
Tools in our library

AI can be confidently wrong. Use it to get started and to organize your thinking, and check anything important (health, money, safety, legal or structural) with a qualified professional.
